2026-09-07. The lab's application for the Anthropic AI for Science grant was accepted! The grant gives $30k in Anthropic credits for use in agentic research for regulatory genomics.
2026-08-21. Sasha's paper "Does ensembling improve feature attributions from sequence-to-activity models?" was accepted as a Proceedings paper at MLCB 2026!
